Research Liaison Office
The Research Liaison Office, headed by Dr. Isaac David E. Ampil II, serves as the conduit between the College of Medicine and the Research and Biotechnology Group of the Medical Center. Research produced in the College is submitted through a stringent and thorough process that certifies scientific validity, social value and adherence to ethical principles. After approval and endorsement, research proposals are then forwarded to the Medical Center’s Institutional Scientific Review Committee (ISRC) and Institutional Ethical Review Committee (IERC) for final review and approval.
